What's happening in my business
Being a solopreneur is a rollercoaster, and this is why I love it.
Last year marked the darkest valley in my decade-long entrepreneurial journey. But now I see it with crystal clarity: it was absolutely necessary. Because true transformation demands that sometimes, the old structure must completely crumble before something magnificent can rise in its place.
This was the pivotal year when I shed my freelancer mindset and embraced the power of thinking like a CEO. The difference? Profound and multifaceted—I'll dive deeper in a separate post—but the essence is this: the freelancer mindset leaves you vulnerable and reactive. As a freelancer, I chased individual projects, grabbed at every opportunity, and operated from a place of underlying fear that silently held me back from reaching my true potential.
The CEO mindset, in contrast, builds rather than just serves.
