Oh my. It's one of my favorites! It really pinpointed EXACTLY my issue. And so I'm journaling through it trying to clarify the actual solutions I offer. I'm literally here in my Notes app with your #3 "Feel Able" as the prompt and racking my brain. For so long I focused on wanting to make readers / clients feel not alone and spent so much time and effort making them feel seen and safe. But you nailed precisely why that's not enough for business-building. I'm so grateful!

I hear this answer from my clients all the time when I ask them what they want their readers to think or feel by the end: “That they’re not alone.”
