Why I’m Choosing Intuitive Productivity (And Maybe You Should Too)
There was a time I believed productivity was about color-coded schedules, perfect morning routines, and pushing through no matter what.
I planned. Overplanned. Made spreadsheets, filled journals, designed the perfect systems. I tried to do everything the “right” way—the way the experts said it should be done.
But here's the truth: I wasn't moving forward.
I was circling.
At some point, I realized I was no longer building a business—I was trying to pass a test I hadn’t signed up for.
And when I finally let go of doing things “right,” something shifted. I started working with my energy, not against it. Listening to my focus, not forcing it. Making progress by doing less, but doing it in rhythm with who I actually am.
That’s what this series is about.
Intuitive productivity is not a softer version of hustle
It’s a complete redefinition of what it means to be productive, especially when you’re a solopreneur, a creative, or a multi-tasking woman building something on your own terms.
It’s about:
Designing your work around your energy, not a clock
Letting intuition guide what gets your focus today
Honoring natural rhythms, instead of fighting them
Releasing the guilt of “not doing enough”
And yes, actually getting more done, but with less burnout
I’ll walk you through how I’ve been relearning all of this
Not as an expert with a perfect system, but as someone who’s been through the crash and course-corrected.
I'll share:
The systems I had to unlearn
How I plan without overplanning
How I work in “modes” instead of routines
How I define success now
And what shifted in my business and mindset when I stopped pushing
You don’t have to force your way into productivity that doesn’t fit.
There’s another way to work.
And it actually feels good.
If any part of this speaks to you, stay with me.
In the coming weeks, I’ll break this down into simple, honest, useful posts. Not hype. Not hacks. Just a grounded way to build what matters, in a way that works for you.
Let’s ditch the pressure. Let’s build with clarity. Let’s start with you.
Warmly,
Andi

Still curious about doing business differently? These are some of my most-read reflections:
I liked how you phrased it as 'intuitive productivity.' Over the years, I've come to believe that being able to connect with your intuition and let it guide you is a true superpower. Thanks Andi!
Love this! I see so many people sharing: you need to pre plan your posts. I tried it. A monthly theme. Pre
Planned and all. Didn’t work for me. I constantly realized I was not inspired but the theme I was “supposed to write about”. 😂
