It's always the perfectionism that makes me stray.... and the pesky screens before bed (that last look just to make sure I don't miss any 'breaking news' is my nemesis) – great list, thank you

I totally get it! I'm a recovering perfectionist :) I set an alarm on my phone 90 minutes before bed to remind me it’s time to put it down :)

Love this! Perfectionism is something I am releasing slowly - and it’s allowing me to progress further in my creative endeavors.

I also totally agree with you on moving your body! I love to go on walks to clear my mind- it’s the best! Great article. ☺️

I can fully relate to this. I stopped feeling guilty when I am tired or can't work. I also plan my time according to my energy level 💯 and my spouse knows when I need to work and so we plan our day together ❤️ 😌
