1:1 Substack mentoring – your voice, your way

Messaging, content & direction for women ready to build their own lane.

I spent over a decade as a social media strategist. I built a well-known blog, then a personal branding consultancy. I helped others find their voice and shape their message. I was the one with the answers.

And then I started writing on Substack.

Suddenly, none of that felt like it was working.

As a woman from Eastern Europe stepping into the international space, I felt unprepared and invisible. The rules felt different. The culture felt foreign. And the voice I had always trusted... went quiet.

In my confusion, I did what many of us do: I bought courses, saved every guru tip I could find, and followed strategies, formulas, templates.

Until one day, I couldn’t hear myself anymore.
My content felt like a puppet show, someone else was pulling the strings.

That’s when I stopped everything.
I decided: I don’t want someone else’s version of success.
I want my own.

Yes, advice can be helpful. But only if you already know who you are and what you're trying to build.

What came next wasn’t easy, but slowly, my voice came back. And so did my people.
Women who didn’t want to chase trends, but create something real.
Women who were writing their next chapter, on their own terms.

Substack gave me a way back to myself.
It changed my work, my confidence, and my creative freedom.

Now I want to help other women do the same: to build an honest, intentional online presence that matches your life, your values, and your rhythm.

No pressure to niche down.
No tactics without soul.
Just you, your message, and my honest mentoring.
